Tammy found some of our old pictures yesterday. She and Johann were looking through them while I was working across the living room. She showed Johann pictures of her as a baby, a few of her and Niki as children, and a number of her and I both before and after our marriage.
Showing him one taken right after I asked her to marry me, she told him “This one is from when Daddy and I got engaged.” Johann was instantly confused, and asked “From when you were ‘caged’?! Daddy, this picture was from when you were caged! You were caged!? That’s terrible!”
Er… okay… no comment.
